Half doors provide many advantages on and off the trail. On the street they provide the feeling of taking your doors off with the security of having them on. On the trail they provide greater visibility so you can go off-roading with more confidence. The Motobilt half doors are constructed from aluminum so they are lighter and easier to take on and off the Jeep while still maintaining their strength.

The Motobilt aluminum half doors are not simply an outside door skin like comparable products offered.  The Motobilt aluminum JL/JLU/JT Half Door features interior construction that create an actual door with an interior door panel. The interior of the door has a more refined and finished look.  The interior door panel has a cutout in the door creating more storage space in your Jeep JL, JLU or Gladiator JT.

The Motobilt half doors are constructed from 11ga aluminum and are CNC laser cut and CNC bent into shape for a consistent product that looks great. The doors have a double wall design so we retain the factory door thickness and increase storage inside the door. There are door release latches on the interior and exterior of each door. Inside, each latch uses an adjustable automotive grade cable to release the door.

Each of our American made doors are meticulously metal finished, ground, sanded & inspected with pride for a superior level of quality & craftsmanship. These doors are constructed from aluminum and come as a sanded raw aluminum finish. Some finishing may have to be performed prior to painting. You can either leave the doors in their sanded, or you can polish, paint, or powder coat your doors.
