The bumper bodies are CNC cut and then formed on a press brake for precision. The bumpers are then welded by our staff to high quality standards. The finishing work is something we take great pride in. Some cheap companies powder coat their product with wrinkle finish to hide the imperfections. Not at Motobilt we send them bare steel, naked for the world to see. You can get a chance to see the product and inspect it before painting it or powder coating to your color of choice. This bumper is designed to fit the Jeep CJ / YJ / TJ. Covering year models from 1976 - 2006. The bumper body is fabricated from 3/16" high strength steel plate. The bumper will also feature a receiver tube. We should have this bumper added to our online store mid July 2015.
