A Dana 80 is built to handle weight and torque, but suspension loads still need a clear path into the axle tubes. This truss exists to create that path. It uses the factory threaded holes for alignment, then bridges over the cast center section and ties directly into the tubes so the housing carries load where it is strongest.
Once welded, the truss becomes part of the axle assembly. Suspension forces transfer cleanly into the tubes, keeping the cast center section free from stress it was never intended to manage. Link mounts stay stable, housing deflection is reduced, and the axle maintains consistent behavior under sustained use. The factory cast ARB access port remains open, allowing locker service without cutting or modifying the truss.

This truss is intended for Dynatrac Pro Rock Dana 80 axle assemblies with 4 inch diameter axle tubes. Factory vehicle axles are not compatible. Assembly and welding are required.
When the axle is built to carry real suspension loads, the truss should feel permanent. This one is designed to become part of the housing and stay there for the life of the build.
