Trail Truss for Dynatrac ProRock 80

The Motobilt MB4045 Trail Truss for the Dynatrac ProRock Dana 80 is designed to strengthen the axle housing and create a solid mounting platform for rear suspension components.

When building a serious off-road vehicle, the rear axle housing takes tremendous load from large tires, traction devices, and aggressive terrain. The Trail Truss reinforces the axle assembly by tying both axle tubes together and distributing load across a larger structure. This helps reduce axle tube flex while providing a stable mounting surface for suspension brackets.

The truss bridges across the center casting and welds directly to the axle tubes, forming a rigid structure that supports suspension loads without interfering with important service features of the axle. The design also leaves the ARB air locker port accessible, allowing the air fitting to be serviced without cutting or modifying the truss.

The main structure is built from 3/8-inch thick steel and reinforced with 3/16-inch steel gussets to provide the strength required for high horsepower rigs, large tires, and aggressive rock crawling.

This truss is designed for builders running custom suspension systems and works well with rear 4-link suspension setups commonly used in high-performance off-road builds.
