These corners extend the body approximately 15 inches, allowing you to convert the YJ tub to LJ-length proportions or build a custom stretch beyond standard dimensions. Unlike pre-cut stretch corners, this version does not include a wheel opening. This allows you to position and cut the wheel opening exactly where it needs to be based on your axle location and suspension setup.
This is ideal for builders who are not locked into a fixed 15 inch stretch and want to dial in wheelbase, tire placement, and suspension geometry to their exact specifications.
The design keeps the factory upper sheet metal rail exposed, allowing you to retain the ability to run a soft top or hard top. Because the upper rail is not covered, the factory mounting surface remains usable.
Like other stretch corner systems, installation requires cutting and modifying the factory tub. The blank design gives you flexibility but also requires proper planning and layout during the build process.
