The Ford Super Duty dana 60 front axle is giant among axles. Its a great swap for many applications or just in the front of the Ford truck that it comes out of stock. The problem is most heavy duty dana 60 diff covers will not provided the necessary clearance for the massive stock steering components. The few that are currently available are very pricey too! The new and improved Dana 60 Super Duty front diff cover from Motobilt is your solution. We use a massive 3/8" thick steel ring and 1/4" steel plate to form the cover. The parts are first laser cut then CNC bent here in house at Motobilt. With the use of our ultra high clearance design you can run a super strong front Motobilt diff cover and still clear the stock steering components. That's well over HALF the cost of others on the market, while still utilizing an All American Made part!
