The Tomahawk front bumper was designed from concepts developed on the TJ Front Half Frame Kit we manufacture. Are you ready to take your Jeep JK, JL or Gladiator to the next level of style, function and capability?
The Motobilt Tomahawk Front Winch Bumper offers many features for the avid off-roader. This original unique front frame chop bumper design features an upswept shape that gives you more clearance increased approach angle than any other bumper / frame chop bumper available on the market. We integrated a second opening in the underside of the bumper which allows you to route your winch line directly downwards to suck down your front suspension, which in turn, lowers your center of gravity, increasing your vehicles' ability to climb steep obstacles. This concept is widely used in competitive rock crawling. Covering all Jeep Wrangler model years from 2007 through to current, this product fits all Jeep JK (2 door), JKU (4 door), JL (2 door), JLU (4 door) Jeep JT Gladiator models. Permanent modification to drilling of the frame is required. Slight clearancing of the two forwardmost body mounts is required prior to installation.
A vacuum Pump Relocation Bracket is required on the Jeep JK / JKU 2012-2018 to install the Motobilt Tomahawk Frame Chop Bumper.
NOTE: You WILL NOT be able to return your vehicle back to factory bumpers after installation of this product.

Light Bracket Mounts for Tomahawk Bumper

The Tomahawk is by far the highest and tightest fitting JL, JT and JK Frame Chop Bumper on the market. With the compact design mounting things like lighting can be a challenge. Look no more, we offer a light bracket set for the Tomahawk front frame chop bumper. The simply bolt to the bolt locations that secure the bumper to the frame. The light brackets are laser cut and formed from 3/16” thick steel plate to accommodate heavier lights like the Baja Designs XL series. Other lights will fit as well. The kit includes a driver and a passenger side brackets in bare steel. You will need to paint to the color of your choice.
