The Motobilt Blank Inner Fenders for the Jeep JL / JLU / JT are designed to have no cutouts for shocks allowing the installer the ability to trim for custom applications. The inner fenders are laser cut from 16 GA aluminum then CNC formed in house at Motobilt. These fenders are sold as a pair and include all of the necessary hardware for installation.

So why would you want to install these blank inner fenders? Well they look fantastic for one, help protect your engine and engine compartment from the elements and are quite simple to install with just a little bit of time and effort. But for the DIY fabricators out there, it allows you to make whatever cuts you need depending on your suspension needs and specifications. Custom cut the blank inner fenders out in any way you choose, because it's the little things that go into a build that truly set it apart from others.

JL/JLU/JT - All Models


  • Unpainted so you can paint them the color of your choice or leave them raw
  • Drilling required.
  • Will fit Diesel with use of MB5056 windshield washer fluid tank relocation kit and repositioning wiring harness cover on passenger side.
  • Will fit 392 V-8 with of of MB5066 windshield washer fluid tank relocation kit and repositioning wiring harness cover on passenger side.  
  • IMPORTANT: If installing with the High line fenders (MB1196 or MB1196-A) one of the lower #10 nut serts will need to be removed to accept the larger 5/16” bolts that are used with the high line fenders.  Also the two upper mounting bolts should use the 1/4” nut serts versus the #10.
