The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in MIG welding, fitting parts together, reading a tape measure, and hand tool experience. Candidate should have knowledge welding and grinding a variety of thicknesses of sheet metal in a production setting. Welding masters are welcome to apply!

In addition to the above-mentioned technical skills, we are looking for someone who possesses the following characteristic traits: attention to detail, organized, fast-paced, self-starter, and a fast learner. Must be able to read tape measure, and be able to use a hammer, wrenches, and all common hand tools.

Compensation: $20.00/hr. (Must pass Weld Test)

Salary based on the results of a MIG WELD TEST.

SHIFT TIME: Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm until 2:00 am position in Ozark, Alabama (once training has been completed on 1st shift)

Training Schedule: Must be able to train for 2 months on the 1st shift 6 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday
