Founded in 2012 and based in Ozark, AL, we design and manufacture premium aftermarket Jeep and 4×4 components—from bumpers and skid plates to full roll-cage assemblies—all under one roof using cutting-edge CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CNC (laser, press brake, tube bending) equipment. As an SEMA member, we engineer each part around OEM CAD data for perfect fit and trail-ready performance.
Product Designer / CAD Designer / Drafter
Become a driving force behind our next generation of off-road gear. You’ll take concepts from napkin sketch through prototyping to production—and see your designs tested on real trails.
What You’ll Do
- 3D Modeling & Detailing
- Develop sheet-metal and tubular parts (bumpers, armor, link arms, cages) in Inventor, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Generate flat patterns, weld-prep details, and forming drawings for CNC
- Prototype & Fit Testing
- Collaborate with fabricators and welders to validate designs in real time
- Refine geometry and tolerances based on build-floor feedback
- Technical Documentation
- Write clear assembly manuals, parts lists, and CAD standards
- Maintain revision control, BOMs, and CAD library organization
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead weekly design reviews and mentor junior drafters
- Support marketing with product visuals and spec sheets
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years in CAD/product design—strong portfolio in sheet metal and tubular fabrication
- Detail-Driven: Expert at flat patterns, BOM accuracy, and drafting conventions
- Creative & Practical: You strike the perfect balance between “rad” and “realistic” for manufacturing
- Self-Starter: Organized, proactive, and able to carry projects end-to-end
- Communicator: Excellent written/verbal English—comfortable translating complex designs into user-friendly docs

Due to the nature of our multi-team approach to design projects, this position is located in-house, requiring you to be on site working side by side with us at our facility. We are not looking for remote workers, contractors, or non-US citizens at this time. You will be willing to relocate to the Dothan/Ozark, AL area.
