Need even more clearance for oversize tires? Check out the Motobilt Hatchet highline fender option.
When using 42" & 43" tires with long travel suspension systems on your Jeep JK or JKU (2 door or 4 door), the limitation in "up" travel in your suspension is the underside of the fender. We have solved this by raising the uppermost section of the fender by several inches, effectively increasing your suspension travel substantially.
The Motobilt replacement front Hatchet highline fender flares for the 2007-2018 Jeep JK/JKU are manufactured from lightweight but strong aluminum. They are 3D CAD designed using modern 3D scanning technology to ensure the perfect fit on your Jeep JK/JKU. The fender flares will work on all versions of the Jeep JK/JKU including the Sport, Rubicon, Sahara and more.
The Motobilt replacement Hatchet highline front fender flares feature a raised section using a “chopped” Rubicon flare as a benchmark for height to provide even more clearance for larger extra diameter tires up to 43”. We provide extra clearance for the factory hood latches as well.
Ships bare aluminum, which is softer and more easily damaged than steel. If you are looking for ultimate protection and plan to wheel your rig, you should consider the steel fender version instead. These are meant for those who value weight savings over strength. You can color match or sand for a custom look.
These are compatible with our front aluminum inner fenders part number
MB1070 or our blank aluminum inner fenders part number
MB1153.
