Jeep JLU Fitment to Review Before Ordering
The MB3045 fits 2018-current Jeep Wrangler JLU four-door models. It works with factory hard tops and factory soft tops. A Sky One-Touch Power Top can be made to work with modification; Motobilt does not currently have a dedicated One-Touch kit in development.
The cage retains factory seats—including 2024 power seats—and factory seat belts, while also accommodating aftermarket harness installation. The factory soundbar and visors are not retained, and some trimming of factory interior plastic panels is necessary.
Why the Cage Ships by Pallet Freight
The MB3045 is a full-size tubing package, so it ships secured on a pallet by freight truck rather than through standard parcel service. Palletizing keeps the long DOM tubing and precision-cut components together and protected during transportation.
Motobilt calculates freight from the delivery address and displays the exact charge at checkout before the order is placed. Professional Fabrication Is Required
This is a weld-together kit, not a bolt-in accessory. Installation requires removal of the factory cage, assembly and tack-fitting inside the Jeep, removal for finish welding and optional paint or powder coat, and final reinstallation. A qualified welder or fabricator should perform the work.
