JLU four-link questions
Which kit should I start with for my JLU?
MB7006 is the combined bracket and skid system. Its fitment note identifies the 2018–2020 four-door JLU with the 3.6L engine. For a later model year or another engine, contact Motobilt with the year and drivetrain before ordering.
What if I’m only building the front or the rear suspension?
MB7007 is the front bracket kit for a three-link with a track bar or a triangulated four-link. MB7008 is the rear bracket kit for a double-triangulated four-link. Check the component list for the specific kit you need.
Why are a fuel tank and EVAP parts listed here?
The rear links need room where the factory passenger-side tank sits. MB7006 calls for moving the fuel tank to the rear and modifying the exhaust. The MB5026 rear tank and skid package includes the MB5033 EVAP and fuel-line kit. Check package contents before buying the line kit separately.
How does the JLU kit mount to the frame?
The brackets use factory frame holes to locate the front assembly and the supplied crossmember to locate the rear assembly. Installation requires professional welding to the factory frame. Review axle, steering and exhaust clearance with your fabricator.
